Comprehensive Laptop/Desktop Repair:

• Troubleshooting/Diagnosis - Starting at $35/hour, includes initial diagnosis

• Hard Drive Replacement - Starting at $100 Labor, plus cost of new Hard Drive (data will be copied over to the new hard drive. If the hard drive can't be accessed, the OS will have to be re-installed on to the new Hard Drive)

• Laptop Screen Replacement - Starting at $100 Labor, plus cost of new screen

• OS (Operating System) Re-Installation - Starting at $175 Labor (cost includes backup of all data, wipe Hard Drive clean, install OS, data, and any software programs that were installed, must have license for software)

• Memory Upgrades - Starting at $50 Labor, plus cost of additional memory

• Video Card Upgrades - Starting at $75 Labor, plus cost of new video card

Data Recovery and Backup Solutions: 

• Backup Data to External Storage (USB Drive)

  • Up to 64GB - $25 Labor, plus cost of USB drive (unless customer provides storage media)

  • 65 - 128GB - $50 Labor, plus cost of USB drive (unless customer provides storage media)

  • 129GB or more - $75 Labor, plus cost of USB drive (unless customer provides storage media)

• Data Recovery

  • Starting at $100 Labor, plus cost of USB drive to place any recovered files (unless customer provides storage media)

  • Recovery is attempted using data recovery software only. We do not disassemble hard drives to recover data. There is no fee to plug the hard drive up to attempt to access the drive. If the hard drive can be accessed, then there will be a charge once we start the recovery process

  • Although we have had success in recovering data for customers, we do not guarantee that we can recover your data

• Virus and Malware Removal

  • Virus/Malware Scan of your Computer - Starting at $50 (includes the use of software to scan your computer for any viruses or malware. Anything that is found will be deleted)

  • While the majority of virus/malware scans work to detect and delete any and all infections, we do not guarantee that all viruses/malware will be removed. Only a complete hard drive wipe/OS re-installation will remove all viruses/malware (see service listed under our Comprehensive Laptop/Desktop Repair section)

• Networking Services

  • Home Internet Modem/Network Setup - Starting at $175 Labor (includes installation of modem, changing of any default settings and passwords, connecting computers to the wireless network, and testing to make sure that wireless signal can reach throughout the house/apartment)

  • For larger spaces, the addition of a wireless extender may be needed, at which time we can suggest what to purchase and can provide installation for an additional cost

  • Home Network Evaluation - Starting at $50 Labor (includes taking a look at your current home network setup, reviewing your current settings, and making any suggestions to improve your setup)

  • Small Business Network Evaluation - Starting at $150 Labor (includes taking a look at your current business network setup, reviewing your current settings, and providing you with a writeup of any suggestions that can be implemented to improve your current network)

• Remote Support

  • Remote Troubleshooting/Diagnosis - Starting at $50/hour (in most cases, you will need to download software for us to remote in to your computer. Once connected, we will attempt to troubleshoot the issue and, if possible, fix the problem remotely)

We do travel to your home or place of business, however, for travel outside of a 30 mile radius of the DMV area (we are located in Riverdale Park, MD), additional costs will incur.
