About Me

WELCOME! Thank you for considering Hames Computer and Technology Services for your computer service needs. My name is Rodney Hames, it's nice to meet you! I'm originally from Philadelphia (GO BIRDS!) and moved to the DMV area 27 years ago. I made Riverdale Park, MD my home, and currently live here with my wife and 2 children. 

I have been working in the Information Technology sector for over 27 years, with my current position as the Senior IT Support Specialist for one of the top Women's Health Associations in the country. I bring that expertise and knowledge to every current and potential customer that I have the pleasure of working for. 

I believe one of my best traits is to be able to explain an issue that someone is having in terms that they are able to understand, to be able to show in more ways that one the best way to fix the problem that they're having. I pride myself on the work ethic that I possess to get the answers that you are looking for, and do it in a way that hopefully will save you time and get you back up and running as quickly as possible.
